“ Me and my friend had an amazing experience in the Restaurant HerR last night. We enjoyed an exquisite customised 4-Course Menu prepared by the well experienced Chef Sascha Bungeroth. We have noticed his passion for cooking in each Course, as each of them was unique and full of flavour! Besides the excellent food, there was Filip, the one who hosted us and made sure we have a wonderful time and experience. He was attentive but not overly intrusive, wich is a very important aspect in having a successful evening! He explained to us each Course in such a way that we were both of us mesmerised by the way these two guys, Filip and Sascha, are running this restaurant. They showed us what really means to put PASSION in what you enjoy doing! Chapeaux to both of you! Until next time! Keep on doing the good work! Highly recommend! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, with culinary masterpieces, paired perfectly with wines, adding a symphony of flavour, not forgetting the crackling sweets in the deserts and sorbet.
